Water unloading with pusher and drip tray

A metal industrial machine with a conveyor holding green crates above a large stainless steel container, located inside a spacious warehouse with visible ceiling beams and equipment.

The water unloading system used in modern sorting lines is a modern and efficient solution that ensures gentle product handling and high operational efficiency. The process begins on a roller conveyor, onto which a full pallet box is placed using a forklift. A mechanical pusher then moves it towards a discharge elevator equipped with a water tank for the unloaded fruit. At this stage, the box is immersed in water, allowing for gentle and even discharge of the fruit, minimizing the risk of damage. The fruit flows out of the box and is then transported through water channels towards the sorting machine. Once empty, the empty box is lifted back onto the roller conveyor, where it enters the drip zone. By placing the roller conveyor above the water channel, we minimize the risk of water spilling onto the hall floor, maintaining a clean and safe workplace.

Bucket wheel excavator Electric SWP-A

A large red machine sorts and processes apples, with a black rotating brush and many apples visible inside and in front of the machine.
