  • To potentially establish cooperation on the basis of a cooperation agreement between yourself and STALKO Limited Liability Company Limited Partnership (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
  • for the documentation of the concluded agreement and its settlement, based on tax and accounting law (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
  • investigation or defence against potential claims (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • handling of complaints, if any are submitted, regarding the way the contract between you and STALKO Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k is executed (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • consideration of complaints, if any, concerning the quality of performance of the obligations arising from the concluded agreement and the manner of service by the Company's employees (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

Data will be made available to accounting service providers, IT and software support providers used by the Controller, a document destruction company, relevant banks, tax offices, and other state authorities authorised by law.

Your personal data will not be processed in a Third Country or international organisation.

Providing personal data is necessary to conclude a cooperation agreement. The scope of data provided results, among other things, from regulations concerning the issuing and accounting of invoices/receipts. Failure to provide the data contained on the invoice or receipt will make it impossible to fulfil the obligations imposed on taxpayers and tax collectors.

The information provided by you is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

How long will we process your data for?

Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract between you and STALKO Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. After the termination of cooperation, the data will be stored for a period of 5 years after the end of the financial year in which the invoice/bill was issued, or in the case of a dispute, for a period of 6 years, until any claims become statute-barred.

What rights do you have?

You have the right to:

  • access to their personal data and to receive a copy of the personal data undergoing processing;
  • correction of your incorrect data;
  • requests for erasure of data (the right to be forgotten) in the circumstances provided for in Article 17 of the GDPR;
  • requests for restriction of processing of personal data in cases indicated in Article 18 of the GDPR;
  • objecting to the processing of data in cases specified in Article 21 GDPR;
  • transfer of provided data.

Providing data is voluntary; however, providing personal data related to the conclusion and performance of a contract is necessary for the conclusion of a cooperation agreement. The scope of data provided results, among other things, from regulations concerning the issuing and booking of invoices/bills. Failure to provide the data contained on an invoice or bill will make it impossible to fulfil the obligations imposed on taxpayers and tax remitters.

Your data will be shared with entities providing accounting services, IT support for software used by the Administrator, a hosting company, a document destruction company, banks, the appropriate tax offices, and other state authorities authorised under the law.

Personal data will be transferred to these third parties (the Company's service providers) based on appropriate legal safeguards. The data will not be transferred to international organisations or third countries.

How long will we process your data for?

Data will be stored for the duration of the Customer's business relationship with STALKO Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k., provided that data related to accounting will be stored for a period of 5 years after the end of the financial year in which the invoice/bill was issued, or data related to the conclusion and performance of the contract in case of dispute – for a period of 6 years, until the expiry of any claims.
 
Data processed for marketing purposes will be processed until an objection to their processing is raised. 
 
Customer data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling. The data will not be transferred to international organisations or third countries.
 

What rights do you have? You have the right to:

  • access to their personal data and to receive a copy of the personal data undergoing processing;
  • correction of your incorrect data;

1.  Aims and basis of processing:

 STALKO Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. will process your personal data for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process. The legal basis for data processing is:

  1. art. 6(1)(a) – consent of the data subject regarding data not required by legal regulations,
  2. art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) and c) – regarding the provision of data necessary for the conclusion of an agreement with the candidate, and data required by labour law regulations, employment law, social security, health and safety, and occupational medicine regulations.

SORTER MICHAŁ ZIOMEK sp.j. will transfer your personal data to entities mediating in the transfer of applications, entities handling e-mail, entities whose software the Data Administrator uses for processing data contained in the CV, and entities authorised by law.

Your data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling. Your data will not be transferred to international organisations or third countries.

Providing personal data in the scope of:

Full name ;

 2) dates of birth;

3) contact details;

 4) education;

5) professional qualifications;

 6) summary of previous employment;

are necessary to participate in the recruitment process. In other respects, providing personal data is voluntary.

How long will we process your data?

Data will be stored until the job offer is accepted or rejected by the selected candidate, and then for 3 months to defend against any potential claims, unless you agree to participate in further recruitment processes, in which case the data contained in the application documents will be stored for  6 months  from the date of their receipt.

What rights do you have?

You have the right to:

  • access to their personal data and to receive a copy of the personal data undergoing processing;
  • correction of your incorrect data;
  • requests for erasure of data (the right to be forgotten) in the circumstances provided for in Article 17 of the GDPR;
  • withdrawal of consent for the processing of personal data.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal. Information obligation - Professional internships

For what purpose do we process your data?                

Personal data will be processed in order to prepare interns and trainees for independent work in the future.

Your personal data is processed on the basis of:

  • Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – in relation to personal data for which there is no legal obligation to process them;
  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for the purpose of concluding and performing an internship agreement;
  • Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions;
  • Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, pursuing the legitimate interests of the Controller, i.e. for the purpose of establishing, defending or pursuing any claims and protecting the persons and property belonging to the Controller.

Data will be passed on to accounting service providers, a document destruction company, insurers, medical facilities, banks, IT service providers for software used by the Administrator, the relevant tax authorities, the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), companies providing benefits, and other state authorities authorised by law. Business data (email address, telephone number) will be passed on to the administrator's clients and contractors. Every transfer of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable law.

Your data will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations.

 Providing the data required by legal regulations is necessary for undertaking the internship/placement and concluding the contract. Providing data beyond that is voluntary.

If the basis for processing your personal data is consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal. Facebook

The STALKO Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. profile on Facebook is a public profile. When you visit our profile, you share your personal data with us, such as your username, comments, and IP address.

On our Facebook page, we showcase our activities, promote the events we organise, and also inform you about job vacancies at our company!

We, STALKO Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. with our registered office in Warsaw, ul. Solec 24/253, 00-403 Warsaw, are the administrator of your personal data.

For what purpose and on what basis do we process your data?

Your personal data, including your name, email address, and information posted on your profile, will be processed by Sorter to respond to your query and for further correspondence with you via Facebook.

The legal basis for processing your data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which allows us to pursue our legitimate interests, which in this case include communicating with you, promoting the company's activities, informing you of new developments, and protecting Sorter from potential claims.

Your personal data, including your name, email address, and details you post on your profile and/or this group, will be processed by Sorter for the promotion of Sorter's products and services. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which permits the processing of data for legitimate interests, in this case, marketing Sorter's products or services.

Your personal data provided in connection with the use of the group FB group name will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

The processor will transfer your personal data to other recipients, i.e. IT support for the software used by the Controller, and the hosting company.

Furthermore, Sorter will share your personal data with other recipients if such an obligation arises from legal regulations. Your personal data will also be shared with the owner of the Facebook service, i.e. Facebook Ireland Limited, based in Ireland. Facebook Ireland Limited may transfer personal data stored on a Facebook profile/group to its affiliated companies, including Facebook, Inc., based in the United States of America (this company holds a Privacy Shield certificate regarding the legality of data transfer outside the European Economic Area).

Your personal data will not be transferred to international organisations and, outside of the aforementioned case, to Third Countries.

How long will we process your data?

The provision of data is voluntary.

Your personal data will be processed for as long as you are interested in the content we present on your profile. You have the right to object to the further processing of your data at any time.

If you are entering competitions organised by Sorter via the group FB group name, The organiser will process your personal data, specifically your first name, surname, and residential address, for the duration of the competition. If you are selected to receive a prize, your personal data will be processed after the competition concludes for the purpose of safeguarding any claims arising under civil law and for archiving purposes as specified by particular regulations, such as the Accounting Act.
