Water discharge with pusher and drainer
The water unloading system used in modern sorting lines is a modern and effective solution that guarantees gentle product handling and high operational efficiency. The process begins on a roller conveyor, on which a full box-pallet is placed with the help of a forklift. Then a mechanical pusher moves it towards the unloading lift equipped with a water tank for unloaded fruit. At this stage, the crate is immersed in water, which allows for a gentle and even unloading of the fruit, minimizing the risk of damage. The fruit flows out of the crate and is further transported through water channels towards the sorting machine. After emptying, the empty box is lifted back onto the roller conveyor, where it goes to the dripping zone. By placing the roller conveyor over the water channel, we minimize the risk of water spilling on the floor of the hall, maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workplace.
Tipper Electric SWP-A
