According to Article 13 paragraph. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ.EU.L.2016.119.1) (hereinafter “RODO”), I inform you that:

Your personal data are processed in accordance with the Regulation and Polish law for the purpose of:

  • performance of the contract linking you and STALKO Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k (legal basis: art. 6(1)(b). “b” Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, “RODO”);
  • for the purpose of possible cooperation on the basis of a cooperation agreement between you and STALKO Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) RODO);
  • to document the concluded contract and its settlement, on the basis of tax law, accounting law (legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) RODO);
  • to assert or defend against possible claims (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
  • processing of complaints, in case they are filed, on the manner of execution of the contract connecting you with STALKO Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k(legal basis: art. 6 par. 1 letter “f” RODO);
  • to deal with complaints, if made, about the quality of the performance of the contractual obligations and the manner of service by the Company’s employees (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA).

The data will be made available to entities providing accounting services, IT support and software used by the Administrator, a document shredding company, banks competent tax offices and other state authorities authorised by law.

Your personal data will not be processed in a third country or international organisation.

The provision of personal data is necessary for the conclusion of the cooperation agreement. The extent of the data provided is due, among other things, to from the regulations for issuing and posting invoices/accounts. Failure to provide the details on the invoice or bill will make it impossible to comply with the obligations imposed on taxpayers and tax payers.

The information you provide is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

How long will we process your data?

Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the execution of the agreement between you and STALKO Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. contracts. Once the cooperation has ended, the data will be stored for a period of 5 years after the end of the financial year in which the invoice/account was issued or, in the event of a dispute, for a period of 6 years, until the statute of limitations for any claims.

What rights do you have?

You have the right to:

  • access to their personal data and receive a copy of the personal data being processed;
  • to rectify his or her incorrect data;
  • request the erasure of data (right to be forgotten) in the event of the circumstances provided for in Article 17 of the DPA;
  • request the restriction of data processing in the cases indicated in Article 18 RODO;
  • to object to the processing of your data in the cases indicated in Article 21 RODO;
  • the portability of the data provided.

  • for marketing purposes – in the event that the Customer gives separate consent (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) RODO – legitimate interest of the Administrator);
  • in order to comply with obligations laid down by law, e.g. accounting of invoices and receipt of transfers: art. 6 para. 1 lit. „c” RODO;

The provision of data is voluntary; however, the provision of personal data relating to the conclusion and performance of the contract is necessary for the conclusion of the cooperation agreement. The extent of the data provided is due, among other things, to from the regulations for issuing and posting invoices/accounts. Failure to provide the details on the invoice or bill will make it impossible to comply with the obligations imposed on taxpayers and tax payers.

Your data will be disclosed to entities providing accounting services, IT support for software used by the Administrator, a hosting company, a document shredding company, banks, relevant tax offices and other state authorities authorised by law

Personal data will be transferred to these third parties (the Company’s service providers) based on appropriate legal safeguards. Data will not be passed on to international organisations or a third country.

How long will we process your data?

The data will be stored for the duration of the Customer’s business relationship with STALKO Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. with the proviso that data relating to accounting will be retained for a period of 5 years after the end of the financial year in which the invoice/account was issued, or data relating to the conclusion and performance of a contract in the event of a dispute for a period of 6 years, until the statute of limitations for any claims.
Data processed for marketing purposes will be processed until you object to its processing.
Customer data is not subject to automated decision-making , including profiling. Data will not be passed on to international organisations or a third country.

What rights do you have? You have the right to :

  • access to their personal data and receive a copy of the personal data being processed;
  • to rectify his or her incorrect data;

1. Purposes and basis of processing:

STALKO Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. will process your personal data in order to carry out the recruitment process. The legal basis for data processing is:

  1. art. 6(1)(a) – consent of the data subject to the processing of data not required by law,
  2. art. 6 para. 1 lit. (b) and (c) – to the extent that the data is necessary for the conclusion of a contract with the candidate, and the data required by labour legislation, labour regulations, social security, health and safety, occupational medicine.

SORTER MICHAŁ ZIOMEK sp.j. will transfer your personal data to intermediaries for the transfer of applications, to entities handling e-mails and to entities whose software is used by the Data Controller to process the data contained in your CV and to entities authorised by law.

Your data is not subject to automated decision-making , including profiling. Data will not be passed on to international organisations or a third country.

Provision of personal data in terms of:

(1) forename and surname ;

2) dates of birth;

3) contact details;

4) education;

5) professional qualifications;

6) history of previous employment;

are necessary for participation in the recruitment process. For the rest, the provision of personal data is voluntary.

How long will we process your data?

Data will be stored until the successful applicant accepts or rejects the job offer and then for 3 months to defend against possible claims, unless you agree to participate in further recruitment processes in which case the data contained in your application documents will be stored for 6 months from the date of their receipt.

What rights do you have?

You have the right to:

  • access to their personal data and receive a copy of the personal data being processed;
  • to rectify his or her incorrect data;
  • request deletion of data (right to be forgotten) in the event of circumstances provided for in Article 17 of the RODO;
  • withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.

The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal. For what purpose do we process your data?

Personal data will be processed in order to prepare trainees and apprentices for independent work in the future

Your personal data is processed on a basic:

  • art. 6 para. 1(a) of the RODO – in relation to personal data for which there is no legal obligation to process it;
  • art. 6(1)(b) of the DPA in order to conclude and implement the internship/traineeship agreement;
  • art. 6(1)(c) of the RODO in conjunction with. with the Act of 20 April 2004. r. on employment promotion and labour market institutions;
  • art. 6 para. 1(f) RODO to pursue the legitimate interests of the Administrator, i.e. for the establishment, defence or assertion of possible claims and the protection of persons and property belonging to the Administrator.

The data will be passed on to entities providing accounting services, a document shredding company, insurers, medical facilities, banks, companies providing IT support for the software used by the Administrator, relevant tax offices, Social Security, forms providing benefits and other state authorities authorised by law. Business data (e-mail address, telephone number) will be passed on to clients and contractors of the administrator. Business data (e-mail address, telephone number) will be passed on to clients and customers of the administrator.

Your data will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations,.

The provision of the data required by the legislation is necessary for the internship/internship and the conclusion of the contract. Otherwise, the provision of data is voluntary.

If the basis for the processing of your personal data is consent – you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. For what purpose and on what basis do we process your data?

Your personal data in terms of name, email address, data you have posted on your profile are processed by Sorter  to respond to your enquiry, to conduct further correspondence with you via Facebook.
