It is an innovative, fully automated device designed to portion fruit and vegetables according to the programmed weight and quantity. It is one of the most efficient solutions on the market that significantly increases the efficiency of packaging processes, ensuring repeatability and accuracy in all production conditions.

As a representative of the high-performance packaging machine segment, the WNA-14K allows you to portion products in cycles of 1.5 seconds, while maintaining full control over every step of the process. The device is used, m.in, for packing apples, tomatoes, oranges, limes, beets with a diameter of up to 90 mm.

Principle of operation wagonweight

PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION
The fruit goes to the vibrating plates of the wagon weigher platform, from where it moves to the vibrating feeders.
The vibrations precisely position the fruit in the 14 weighing chambers.
Weighing heads read the weight of individual fruits.
Once the programmed weight is reached, the system releases the portion to the packaging equipment.
Portioning is done in a cycle every 1.5 seconds, providing up to 20 servings per minute.

The advanced multi-head system provides high accuracy (±50 g) and throughput up to 20 portions/min, automatically selecting the ideal weight combinations. The machine runs in cycles every 1.5 seconds, minimizing product loss and dramatically increasing packaging efficiency.

Vibrating feeders, protective brushes and pneumatic clamps guarantee a smooth, safe flow of fruit with a diameter of 30-90 mm. The anti-upholstery system protects fragile products, which is crucial for premium export and sales.

Single channel locking, operation with one or two packaging machines, integration with gutters, frilled conveyors, sealers and automatic portion distribution systems, the WNA-14K adapts to any line layout.

The machine runs quietly (67-70 dB), consumes only 150 Nl/min of compressed air, has a robust frame and anti-upholstery components. CE certifications and ergonomic design ensure operator safety and a long service life of the device.

A touchscreen operator panel, quick access to settings, service screens, lubrication schedule and calibration system make operation simple even for new operators, and maintenance fast and predictable.
