The fruit goes to the vibrating plates of the wagon weigher platform, from where it moves to the vibrating feeders.

The vibrations precisely position the fruit in the 14 weighing chambers.

Weighing heads read the weight of individual fruits.

Once the programmed weight is reached, the system releases the portion to the packaging equipment.
|
|
|
Portioning is done in a cycle every 1.5 seconds, providing up to 20 servings per minute.
