The device handles the entire packaging process, including:
Feeding and filling bags:
The products are portioned and gently placed into bags using a shock-absorbing mechanism that prevents damage to the fruit.
Cutting foil:
The cutting mechanism precisely cuts the film, leaving enough margin to close the bag.
Sealing bags:
A heat-resistant sealer with pneumatic pressure ensures tight sealing of bags at a temperature of approximately 130°C. Optional label printing:
The mechanism allows information to be printed directly on the foil, which increases the convenience of use and eliminates the need for manual marking.

Touch control panel:
The operator has access to all device functions, including weight settings, sealing temperature, operating speed and label printing parameters.

Diagnostic system:
The machine automatically detects errors such as insufficient air pressure, problems with the cutting mechanism, or incorrect film positioning. Machine status messages are displayed on the operator panel screen.
