In lines equipped with a strain gauge weighing system, electronic sensors with digital filtering and noise reduction measure the weight of each peach in real time, stabilizing readings and facilitating order picking for specific weight classes. This is the heart of a professional sorter in applications where product weight is a key commercial criterion.
Size – precise calibration of diameter and shape
Peaches are sized based on a series of photos and shape analysis. Vision algorithms precisely distinguish between sizes, ensuring batch uniformity and consistent appearance.
Color – control of color and blush
Industrial cameras analyze the degree of color development and the degree of blush typical of peaches. Grading thresholds can be easily adjusted to meet local and export market requirements. The peach sorter maintains consistent color grading even under varying lighting conditions.
Quality – commercial vs. industrial selection
The vision system inspects the surface of each fruit, detecting typical external defects (e.g., abrasions, bruises, cracks, skin damage) and—in advanced configurations—indicators of internal defects. This allows for the reliable separation of commercial and industrial peaches and the creation of quality subclasses for specific contracts.

Mono Line compact single-track
MONO machine is a compact and professional solution designed for small and medium-sized farms. Designed for sorting spherical fruits and vegetables with a diameter of 40 to 100 mm, such as apples, tomatoes, citrus fruits, apricots, peaches.
The device achieves a performance of up to 18,000 pieces per hour and enables precise sorting by size and color. Thanks to the use of a vision system, the machine ensures the highest precision of classification in real time.
MONO machine offers flexibility in the unloading method and ensures smooth and safe transport of fruit without the risk of damage.
The line is equipped with a 6-meter-long buffer channel, a modern dryer with a three-stage filtration system, a V-type conveyor and ergonomic output tables.

The fault line for large volumes and full automation
CUP Bowl Machine is a modern, universal solution for precise sorting of fresh fruit and vegetables. It gently transports products with a diameter 50–130 mm such as apples, tomatoes, citrus fruits, pears, peaches, apricots.
The line can have from 2 to 6 tracks and reach up to 2.5 t/h per path, and sorting is done in real time according to size, color, weight and quality, which ensures high accuracy and efficiency. The bowl machine can be easily expanded with a water unloading system,unloading operations and devices packaging and palletizing.

RDS – Roller Dump Sorting Machine – compact dimensions, impressive performance
RDS is a compact, high-speed sorting machine for spherical fruits and vegetables. The innovative integrated roller system guides the product continuously, without transferring between segments during measurement. This track significantly reduces bruising and allows for a shorter line than in bowl machines with the same number of outputs. RDS It is available in two variants: with water unloading (immersion unloading + water channels + drying) and with dry unloading (tipper + expansion conveyor), which makes it easy to adapt it to the hall and the type of raw material.
