Industrial cameras analyze the degree of color and blush. Grading thresholds can be easily adjusted to meet local and export market requirements. The pear sorter maintains consistent color grading even under varying lighting conditions.

The vision system inspects the surface of each fruit, detecting external defects (e.g., mechanical damage, stains, cracks) and—in advanced configurations—indicating internal defects. This allows for the reliable separation of commercial and industrial pears and the creation of quality subclasses for specific contracts.

CUP Bowl Machine is a modern, universal solution for precise sorting of fresh fruit and vegetables. It gently transports products with a diameter 50–130 mm such as apples, tomatoes, citrus fruits, pears, peaches, apricots.
The line can have from 2 to 6 tracks and reach up to 2.5 t/h per path, and sorting is done in real time according to size, color, weight and quality, which ensures high accuracy and efficiency. The bowl machine can be easily expanded with a water unloading system,unloading operations and devices packaging and palletizing.
Different types of media – standard or oblong bowls – they also handle products with non-standard shapes, such as zucchini, cucumbers, and eggplants. They're the perfect choice for producers looking for an efficient, reliable, and precise sorting system.
