Principle of operation dragonflies

PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION
The fruit is placed on the vibrating plates of the weighing wagon platform, from where it moves to the vibrating feeders.
Vibrations precisely position the fruit in 14 weighing cells.
Weighing heads read the weight of individual fruits.
Once the programmed weight is reached, the system releases the portion to the packaging equipment.
Portioning occurs in a 1.5 second cycle, providing up to 20 portions per minute.

The advanced multi-head system ensures high accuracy (±50 g) and performance up to 20 portions/min, automatically selecting ideal weight combinations. The machine operates in cycles every 1.5 seconds, minimizing product loss and dramatically increasing packaging efficiency.

Vibrating feeders, protective brushes and pneumatic clamps guarantee a smooth, safe flow of fruit with a diameter of 30–90 mm. The anti-scratch system protects delicate products, which is crucial for export and premium sales.

Possibility of blocking individual channels, working with one or two packaging machines, integration with gutters, ruffle conveyors, sealers and automatic portion distribution systems - WNA-14K adapts to any line layout.

The machine works quietly (67–70 dB), only consumes 150 Nl/min compressed air, has a solid frame and components made of impact-resistant materials. CE certification and an ergonomic design ensure operator safety and a long service life.

The touchscreen operator panel, quick access to settings, service screens, lubrication schedule and calibration system make operation easy even for new operators, and maintenance quick and predictable.
