Automatic unloading system allows for efficient and quick transfer to 45 crates per hour, eliminating the need for manual operation and reducing the workload on employees. Thanks scissor mechanism The transport of crates is carried out in a fully controlled manner, which prevents them from tipping and accidental dropping. Pneumatic gripper It provides a firm and secure grip for crates, adjusting the clamping force to suit different container types. As a result, the entire system minimizes the risk of damage to goods and infrastructure while increasing the precision of operations.

Modern touch panel provides full control over the sorting process and allows for quick changes to machine settings. The operator can continuously monitor line operation and adjust parameters to current production conditions, which significantly increases sorting efficiency.
The sorting line offers the possibility of configuration up to 25 output tables, which allows for a detailed division of products into many quality categories. Flexible programming of the sorting line makes the device easily adaptable to different types of products and changing market requirements.

Water unloading of fruit was designed with the idea of maximum protection for delicate products, which require special care during transport. The crates are immersed in water and the products move in a special channel, eliminating the risk of damage and ensuring a smooth process.
The integrated system includes three-stage water filtration, which removes impurities and maintains its high quality. Additionally, dryer with a blower fan and a system of sponges with increased absorbency, thanks to which the products are properly prepared for further processing without excess moisture.

The construction of the line was made of materials that ensure maximum durability and corrosion resistance. All elements in contact with water are made of stainless steel, which significantly extends the life of the device and ensures its reliability.
Additional security features such as powder coating and application galvanized sheet metal, increase resistance to difficult working conditions. Thanks to this sorting line for fruits and vegetables can operate in a humid environment without the risk of component degradation.

Advanced water filtration systems are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and continuous operation of the entire installation. Filters effectively trap leaves and other contaminants, eliminating the risk of downtime and increasing process reliability. Additionally, automatic system cleaning, which reduces operating costs.
The drying process is supported by highly absorbent sponges, which, in combination with the blow-off system, ensure effective water removal. This ensures products are better prepared for further packaging and maintain high quality.
