Classification and sorting cytrusów

The electronic sorting machines offered by our company are equipped with a tensometric weighing system and innovative vision system for product classification according to various parameters such as size, color and quality (external and internal).

By means of electronic czujników tensometrycznych, cyfrowej filtracji sygnału oraz redukcji szumów, szybki i nowoczesny moduł wagowy dokonuje precyzyjnych pomiarów sortowanych cytrusów in real time, significantly reducing the measurement time.
Size
Klasyfikacja cytrusów ze względu na rozmiar odbywa się na podstawie analizy serii zdjęć z uwzględnieniem cech charakterystycznych cytrusów (np. kształt)
Color
Cameras installed in the vision system analyze a series of photos, enabling the product to be recognized based on its wybarwienie.
Quality
By means of camera vision system assesses the surface of the fruit and recognizes uszkodzenia zewnętrzne (e.g. mechanical damage).
