  1. Service and warranty claims are accepted only by completing the appropriate form on the website of STALKO Sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105 sp.k. In order to submit a claim, you must register on the website www.sorter.pl<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Receipt of the application and the deadline for its completion can be checked by phone from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. 8:00-17:00<\/strong> at the telephone number. 48 377 99 99<\/strong> ext. 0 <\/strong>or by e-mail at: serwis@sorter.pl<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Warranty and service services will be completed within 14 days of the notification date. In exceptional cases, this period may be extended, particularly if the warranty service requires the procurement of parts or components from a subcontractor, or if service is prevented from operating due to adverse weather conditions.<\/li>\n
  4. Parts that the service removes from the device under warranty and replaces them with new ones become the property of Sorter.<\/li>\n
  5. Parts removed from the device after the warranty period has expired or as part of a service provision remain the property of the Customer.<\/li>\n
  6. Costs resulting from an unjustified complaint or interruption of the service at the request of the Customer\/user are borne by the Customer\/user, in accordance with the price list applicable on the Sorter website. .<\/li>\n
  7. The Sorter has the right to refuse to provide warranty and service services if the Customer\/user withholds payment for the device or previous service.<\/li>\n
  8. The customer\/user is obliged to cooperate with the Sorter service staff in the implementation of the warranty and service service performed at the place of installation of the device by:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    a) providing access to the device in a timely manner;<\/p>\n

    b) presentation of the documents supplied with the device (warranty booklet, technical data sheet, operation and maintenance manual);<\/p>\n

    c) taking the necessary measures to protect persons and property and comply with occupational health and safety regulations at the place where the warranty and service provision is performed;<\/p>\n

    d) ensuring that work can be started immediately upon arrival of the Sorter service and carried out without undue delay;<\/p>\n

    e) free provision of all possible assistance in the implementation of the service (e.g. providing a source of electricity, compressed air in the quantity and quality necessary for the proper operation of a given device, a water and sewage connection ensuring the supply of clean water and the collection of dirty water, as well as providing a permanent, fast Internet connection for the purpose of diagnosing the operation of online devices or lighting at the place of provision of the service).<\/p>\n

    f) the customer\/user is obliged to provide means for unloading machines and devices at the time of delivery, such as forklifts, pallet trucks, etc., after prior telephone arrangement with the manufacturer.<\/p>\n

    1. Sorting machines may only be operated by qualified personnel. The machine operator must have the appropriate authorizations to operate the machines. The employer must verify that the operator they employ has the required documentation and possesses the necessary qualifications and skills, such as a specialized education, preferably in electromechanics, a completed specialized computer training course, electrical certification from the Association of Polish Electrical Engineers (SEP) for operating electrical cabinets, as well as appropriate experience to manage individual machines or an entire sorting line.<\/li>\n
    2. The customer\/user is obliged to immediately collect and confirm the performance of the warranty service on the document Service Book<\/strong> and the document Service order<\/strong>. In the event of any doubts as to the quality or completeness of the warranty and service provision, the Customer\/user has the right to submit a complaint to Sorter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
