Gdy\u0144ska 32\/14, 26-600 Radom, registered by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS: 0000836475, REGON: 361379132, NIP: 9482603545 (hereinafter: the Administrator), makes every effort to protect the personal data of Users of the website www.sorter.pl against disclosure to unauthorised persons, removal by an unauthorised person, processing in violation of applicable law, and against alteration, loss, damage or destruction, and respects the privacy of each User.<\/li><li>Personal data is information about an identified or identifiable natural person. When using the Administrator's servers, such data includes, for example, an e-mail address, IP address, or data within a service offered by the Administrator. Personal data may be stored in cookies or similar technologies, which are used while using the website.<\/li><li>Users' personal data are processed in compliance with the requirements of generally applicable law, in particular the Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000) and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR, OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, pp. 1\u201388) as of [date].<\/li><li>This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the \"Policy\") sets out the rules for the processing and protection of Users' personal data by the Administrator. The Policy regulates the types of personal data collected by the Administrator, the way this data is used, users' rights, categories of entities to whom data is disclosed, and information regarding cookies. The Policy also defines the measures for protecting and securing personal data, and how to contact the Administrator regarding the measures and methods used for personal data protection.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>I. Basic concepts<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>personal data<\/strong>\u00a0- any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, e.g. name, phone number, address, ID card number. An identifiable person is a person whose identity can be determined directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification number or one or more specific factors determining their physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social characteristics. Information shall not be regarded as enabling identity determination if it would require disproportionate costs, time or actions;<\/p><p><strong>data processing<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 any processing of personal data, such as collection, recording, storage, processing, modification, disclosure, and deletion, especially those carried out in IT systems;<\/p><p><strong>breach of personal data protection<\/strong>\u00a0a security breach leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of or unauthorised access to personal data which are transmitted, stored or otherwise processed;<\/p><p><strong>User<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 an individual whose data is processed by the Controller;<\/p><p><strong>Client<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 the entity for whom the Controller provides services or acquires goods from the Controller.<\/p><p><strong>II. Data Controller<\/strong><\/p><p>The personal data administrator of Users is STALKO Sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105 sp.k. [limited liability company limited partnership] with its registered office in Warsaw at: ul. Solec 24\/253, 00-403 Warsaw, correspondence address: ul. Gdy\u0144ska 32\/14, 26-600 Radom, registered by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000836475, REGON: 361379132, NIP: 9482603545.<\/p><p>The Data Protection Officer is\u00a0<strong>Bartholomew Kida<\/strong>, correspondence address: ul. Solec 24\/253 00-403 Warsaw (<a href=\"mailto:iod@sorter.pl\">iod@sorter.pl<\/a>), who supervises compliance with the administrator's personal data processing and security rules.<\/p><p><strong>III. Principles of User Personal Data Collection<\/strong><\/p><p>1) The administrator may, within the scope of the law, collect information about Users from various sources.<\/p><p>2) The Administrator, as a data processor in the scope of service provision, obtains Users' personal data primarily directly from its Clients or on the basis of data processing entrustment agreements concluded with Clients for the purpose of performing the main service agreement.<\/p><p>3) The administrator obtains personal data, in particular, to the extent of:<\/p><ul><li>contact details (such as first name, surname, residential\/place of residence\/correspondence\/business address, e-mail, and telephone number);<\/li><li>business contact information (such as job title, department, and institution name);<\/li><li>needed for issuing a VAT invoice (such as VAT ID, REGON)<\/li><li>content supplied (such as photos, articles and comments).<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>IV. Method of personal data processing<\/strong><\/p><p>1) The Administrator ensures control over the type and scope of processed personal data, the period and method of their processing, as well as the persons authorised to process them.<\/p><p>2) The Administrator will make every effort to protect the information and personal data it collects.<\/p><p>3) The Administrator shall provide appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards for personal data provided by the User against accidental, unlawful or unauthorised destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use.<\/p><p>4) The administrator shall retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which the personal data were collected, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.<\/p><p>5) The administrator shall take measures to destroy or permanently anonymise personal data if required by applicable law or if the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.<\/p><p>6) The Administrator declares that:<\/p><ul><li>processes personal data lawfully;<\/li><li>it collects personal data for specified, legitimate purposes and does not further process it in a manner incompatible with those purposes;<\/li><li>keeps personal data in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed;<\/li><li>personal data is substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.<\/li><\/ul><p>7) Access to personal data is held by: the Controller, its employees duly authorised in writing, collaborators, and service providers acting on its behalf. Access to personal data by the aforementioned individuals shall only be for the purpose and to the extent specified by the Controller.<\/p><p>8) The administrator maintains a register of persons authorised to process them. Persons authorised to process data are obliged to maintain strict secrecy of personal data and the methods of their protection.<\/p><p>9) The Administrator and persons authorised to process these data shall apply technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the personal data being processed.<\/p><p>10) Data collected by the Administrator may be used for the following purposes, among others:<\/p><ul><li>provision of services, their administration and notification about them by the Administrator;<\/li><li>Risk assessment and service improvement for the Administrator (including development of the services provided, communication management, and analysis and improvement of her services;<\/li><li>Newsletter dispatch;<\/li><li>Estimation of User interest in employment and contact regarding employment opportunities with the Controller;<\/li><li>in accordance with legal requirements, or in connection with ongoing legal proceedings, or in connection with a public authority's request for information held by the Administrator;<\/li><li>ensuring compliance with personal data protection regulations and the Administrator's internal regulations in this regard;<\/li><li>performance of employment contracts, including the performance of duties specified in regulations or collective agreements, management, planning and organisation of work, equality and diversity in the workplace, health and safety at work, and for the purposes of individual or collective exercise of rights and use of benefits related to employment, as well as for the purposes of termination of employment;<\/li><li>keeping documentation relating to employment relationships and maintaining employee personal files, as well as storing the specified documentation and personal files in conditions that do not risk damage or destruction.<\/li><\/ul><p>11) Within the scope of services provided by the Administrator, data will be processed only if at least one of the permissible legal bases exists and solely for a purpose tailored to that basis, as described above. Data will be processed as long as the basis for its processing exists \u2013 meaning, in the case of consent, until it is withdrawn, restricted, or other actions that limit this consent; in the case where data is necessary for the performance of a contract \u2013 for the duration of its performance; and in the case where the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator \u2013 until such a legitimate interest exists.<\/p><p><strong>V. Sharing and entrusting personal data processing<\/strong><\/p><p>1) The Administrator does not share, sell, or otherwise disclose personal data collected about Users, except as described in the Policy or as required by applicable law.<\/p><p>2) The Controller may entrust the processing of personal data to service providers acting on its behalf. In accordance with the personal data processing entrustment agreements concluded with them, the Controller requires these service providers to provide a lawful, high degree of protection for the privacy and security of personal data processed by them on behalf of the Controller.<\/p><p><strong>VI. User Rights<\/strong><\/p><p>The user has the right to control the processing of data concerning them by the Data Controller, in particular to obtain information on the purpose, scope, and method of data processing.<\/p><p>2) The User has the right to access their personal data, and to make changes, additions, corrections, and updates to it, as well as to request its anonymisation, temporary or permanent suspension of its processing, or its deletion, if it is incomplete, outdated, untrue, or was collected in violation of legal provisions, or deletion on the terms specified by legal provisions, subject to the Administrator being entitled to further process personal data on the basis of legal provisions.<\/p><p>3) If the processing of personal data is based on the User's consent, the User has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of their personal data by notifying the Administrator in writing. In such situations, the Administrator will comply with the User's decision with regard to future activities.<\/p><p>4) The User has the right \u2013 in cases provided for by law \u2013 to request that the Administrator cease processing their personal data, as well as to object to the processing of their personal data.<\/p><p>5) Requests for information, withdrawal of consent for personal data processing, as well as the exercise of other rights of the User arising from legal provisions should be made by sending an e-mail to the address:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:marketing@sorter.pl\">marketing@sorter.pl<\/a><\/p><p><strong>VII. Cookies and analysis software<\/strong><\/p><p>The Administrator, its service providers, and commercial partners collect certain information using automatic means, such as cookies, while you browse the website.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sorter.pl\/en\/\">www.sorter.pl<\/a>.<\/p><p>Information collected in this way may include: IP address, browser type, operating system, visited URLs, as well as information regarding activities performed on the Administrator's website. We encourage you to read the Administrator's Cookie Policy available at:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sorter.pl\/en\/\">www.sorter.pl<\/a><\/p><p>2) The recipient of the cookie information is STALKO Sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105 sp.k.<\/p><ol><li>Page\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sorter.pl\/en\/\">www.sorter.pl<\/a>\u00a0We use cookies. These are small text files that are placed on users' end devices (e.g. computers) via web browsers. These files allow specific information to be stored on the end user's device and then read by the service that created these files. Cookies usually contain, in addition to the domain name of the website they originate from, their storage duration on the end device and a unique number.<\/li><li>We use cookies for the purpose of:<ul><li>customising website content to the individual preferences of the User and optimising their use of web pages, (cookies allow, in particular, for the recognition of the website User's device and the appropriate display of the web page, so that it is as well-suited as possible to their individual needs),<\/li><li>maintaining the user session of a website after logging in (this is extremely useful for the user as it prevents the need to re-enter their login and password on each subsequent web page),<\/li><li>Creating statistics.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>System\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sorter.pl\/en\/\">www.sorter.pl<\/a>\u00a0I do not store any information about the computer's hardware configuration or programs installed on the User's computer.<\/li><li>The IT system that you are using\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sorter.pl\/en\/\">www.sorter.pl<\/a>\u00a0automatically collects data related to the device the User is using when connecting to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sorter.pl\/en\/\">www.sorter.pl<\/a>. This data is collected for statistical purposes only and relates to: device type, operating system, web browser type, screen resolution, colour depth, IP address, internet service provider, and entry point.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sorter.pl\/en\/\">www.sorter.pl<\/a>\u00a0to ensure maximum ease of use.<\/li><li>This data is never linked to the submitted data referred to in Part III and serves solely as material for statistical analysis and systemic error correction mechanisms.<\/li><li>Your web browser typically allows cookies to be stored on your device by default. However, at any time, users of the website have the option and the right to change their cookie settings. This means that we will store information on the User's terminal device and access this information.<br \/>Notwithstanding the above, we inform you that\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sorter.pl\/en\/\">www.sorter.pl<\/a>\u00a0uses Google Analytics technology.<\/li><li>Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our privacy policy and the security of User personal data, please do not hesitate to contact us via email at: iod@sorter.pl<\/li><\/ol><p>3) Using the website www.sorter.pl does not require logging in, creating an account or providing your details, except when using the forms. To monitor the website www.sorter.pl, the Administrator may use analysis software belonging to third parties, e.g. Google Analytics. Google Analytics can be disabled using a browser extension, which can be downloaded from the website: https:\/\/tools.google.com\/dlpage\/gaoptout.<\/p><p>4) More information about the cookies used by Google Analytics, which is an online tool used to analyse website statistics (including demographic and interest reports), can be found in the Google Analytics Privacy Policy.<\/p><p>5) For convenience and to provide Users with additional information, the website www.sorter.pl contains links to websites managed by entities independent of the Administrator. Separate clauses or privacy policies may apply on these sites. The Administrator encourages you to read their content. With regard to any websites that are linked to on the Service and are not owned or controlled by the Administrator, the Administrator shall not be liable for their content, their use by Users, or their applicable confidentiality rules.<\/p><p>6) Within the website www.sorter.pl, there are registration forms which enable customers to submit a service request, subscribe to a newsletter, and give consent to be contacted by phone and email. Data collected in this way is primarily used for customer contact and to fulfil obligations towards them.<\/p><p>7) In particular, subscribing to the electronic and free newsletter issued by the Administrator requires providing an e-mail address in the appropriate form. This field is mandatory.<\/p><p>The data obtained in the manner described above is added to an e-mailing list. An e-mail address is necessary in order to send the reader the newsletter they ordered.<\/p><p>8) Customer contact details are also used to contact them when necessary (e.g. when an order needs to be confirmed). Users of the Services who have subscribed to the newsletter can opt out of receiving it at any time.<\/p><p>9) The legal basis for processing your personal data in the case of a newsletter is your consent, expressed by ticking the relevant checkbox when subscribing to the newsletter. This consent can be withdrawn at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter.<\/p><p>10) Through the website www.sorter.pl \u2013 the \u201dCareer\" tab can be used for the recruitment of new employees, interns, trainees, and partners for the Administrator. Personal data obtained in this way will be used solely for recruitment purposes within current and future recruitment processes. By completing an application, the User agrees to participate in current and future recruitment processes conducted by the Administrator in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997. This consent applies to all documents submitted within the recruitment processes.<\/p><p>11) Other information is used to profile website users and newsletter subscribers, and allows the content of the website and newsletter to be better tailored to the needs of users of this form of information.<\/p><p>Processing is always carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended) and the Telecommunications Law of 16 July 2004.<\/p><p><strong>VIII. Changes and Updates to the Policy<\/strong><\/p><p>The policy may be modified periodically. Modifications are intended to take into account changes in the Administrator's practices regarding the processing of personal data and to strengthen the personal data protection system at the Administrator.<\/p><p>Significant changes to the Policy will be indicated by clear notices displayed on the Service. The date of the latest update to the Policy will be shown at the top of the Policy content page.<\/p><p><strong>IX.
